  2. Monthly Rental Plan: Our subscription plans operate on a monthly basis, with the first renewal period occurring on the 1st of each month.

  3. Due Date: Your subscription fee is due on the 5th of each month. If payment is not received by the due date, your website will be automatically shut down.

  4. Reactivation: Upon renewing your subscription, your website will be reactivated within 3-6 hours. We strive to ensure a seamless transition for our customers.

  5. Cancellation Process: To cancel your subscription, please contact us at support@webynex.com with your cancellation request. Please note that cancellation requests received after the due date may result in your website being shut down until the next renewal period.

  6. Ownership: In our rental plan, both the domain and website are fully owned by NEXTIGO CRAFTHUB. If you wish to own the website, we offer the option to purchase ownership for a fee of Rs 5,000. Upon payment, we will provide you with all website files via a zip file.

  7. Domain Transfer: If you wish to transfer the ownership of the domain to another registrar, we offer this service for a fee of Rs 1,000. This includes providing the domain transfer EPP code and facilitating the transfer process.
